• A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins.
• Final payment is due upon project completion or as per the terms in the service agreement.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services or project delays.

By using the Platform and services, you agree to any applicable processing terms from our payment providers.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

We aim to deliver services as outlined in your service agreement. If a project is canceled:

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If substantial work has been completed, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Make Plain reserves the right to cancel a project for violations of these Terms or uncooperative behavior.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by Make Plain, including designs, websites, strategy documentation, and assets, remains the property of Make Plain until full payment is received. Upon full payment:

• You retain rights to all custom work delivered to you.
• Make Plain retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio or marketing materials.

Use of any Make Plain intellectual property without authorization is strictly prohibited.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and requested materials.
• Respond to communications within agreed project timelines.
• Maintain respectful, professional interactions.

Failure to participate in the project process may result in delays or project termination.

8. Platform Rules

You agree not to:

• Misuse, hack, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Share, replicate, or resell Make Plain intellectual property without permission.
• Use our services or content for illegal, harmful, or defamatory purposes.

9. Privacy & Data Use

We collect client and business information to deliver services, provide support, and communicate updates. Information shared with us is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Losses, delays, or damages arising from the use or misuse of our services.
